Schinkel Properties Inc. and Prairie Pacific have partnered for the project commonly referred to as Minaki on the River.
The Minaki on the River redevelopment is a unique seasonal use park model site being developed on an existing hotel/lodge site on the shores of the Winnipeg River in Northwestern Ontario.

50 Interior lots are leased to pull on trailers and 5th wheels.
All park models will be new sole sourced and supplied by the owners. They will be skirted and finished with a deck. The mark up over and above owner cost will be $20,000 per unit.

“D” sites will be reserved for R.V.’s. All R.V.’s must be 4 years or newer.
